Pay It Forward
社名のカナエは「鼎」です。古代中国の鋳造器の一種で、三本足の付いた青銅器として知られています。カメラの三脚もそうであるように、実は物理的には３本足が最も安定します。企業はGoing Conernといわれるように、様々な環境変化に躊躇なく対応し、将来にわたって継続するよう次世代にバトンを渡します。

鼎＝頂
鼎は中国語「頂（No.1の意）」と同じ発音で、ときにダブルミーニングで使われます。煮炊きする土器として誕生しましたが、後に祖先神を祀る礼器として鋳造された青銅器も現れました。日本でも奈良の大仏は鋳造で、現代でも自動車の部品の多くは鋳造で作られています。当社はこの古代から続く鋳造技術を、現代においても未来に向けて進化させ、鋳造技術に限らず、機械、設備、ITの分野で進化の一翼を担い、次世代に繋げたいと考えています。

また近江商人の「三方よし（買い手よし、世間よし、売り手よし）」の考え方を大切にし、業界内のお客さま、社会、当社にとっての視点を常に持ち、その発展に貢献します。

カナエにはこのような思いがこもっています。

KANAE，我们公司的名字，是 "鼎"。它是中国古代铸造器皿的一种，被称为有三条腿的青铜器。事实上，三条腿在物理上是最稳定的，就像照相机的三脚架一样。既然说一个公司是 "持续经营"，那么它就会毫不犹豫地应对环境的各种变化，并将接力棒传给下一代，继续走向未来。

鼎 = 顶
鼎 "这个词与中文的 "顶"（意为 "第一"）发音相同，有时也被当作双关语使用。它起源于一种用于煮沸和烹饪的陶器，但后来也出现了作为祭祀祖先神灵的礼器而铸造的青铜器。在日本，奈良大佛是铸造的，即使在今天，许多汽车零件也是通过铸造制造的。我们希望将这种古老的铸造技术发展到未来，不仅在铸造技术领域，而且在机械、设备和信息技术领域，并将其传给下一代。

此外，我们重视日本近江商人的 "Sanpo-yoshi"（对买方有利，对世界有利，对卖方有利）概念，并将通过始终牢记客户、社会和我们公司的观点，为行业的发展作出贡献。

Kanae, the name of our company, is "Ding". It is a type of ancient Chinese casting vessel, known as a bronze vessel with three legs. In fact, three legs are physically the most stable, as is the case with a camera tripod. As a company is said to be "Going Concern," it will not hesitate to respond to various changes in the environment and pass the baton to the next generation to continue into the future.

The word "Ding" is pronounced the same as the Chinese word "Ting" (meaning "No. 1"), and is sometimes used as a double-meaning. It originated as an earthenware vessel used for boiling and cooking, but later bronze vessels cast as ceremonial vessels to worship ancestral deities also appeared. In Japan, the Great Buddha of Nara was cast, and even today, many automobile parts are made by casting. We would like to evolve this ancient casting technology for the future, not only in the field of casting technology, but also in the fields of machinery, equipment, and IT, and pass it on to the next generation.

In addition, we value the Omi merchant's concept of "Sanpo-yoshi" (good for the buyer, good for the world, and good for the seller), and will contribute to the development of the industry by always keeping in mind the perspectives of customers, society, and our company.
