急速減圧

これまでの減圧凝固装置は減圧後の試料を切断して内部の巣の状態を観察するものでしたが、近年では水素ガスの量を判定する為に採取するようになっています。

ところが、これまでの減圧凝固装置は大気圧から一定の速度でゆっくり減圧するために、溶湯中の気体が十分に膨らまず水素ガス量が少なく判定されてしまう仕様でした。

高精度ガス量分析

KANAE では、-75kPaまで瞬時に急速減圧して水素ガスを閉じ込めますので、水素ガスがテストピースの内部にしっかり残ります。

オプションで比重計も用意しております。比重計で測定する事で誤差も無くなり、主観によらず、定量的に観察することが可能です。

KANAE的设备可立即迅速减压至-75千帕，以限制氢气，从而使氢气牢牢地留在测试件内。

比重计也可作为一个选项。通过使用比重计进行测量，可以消除误差，实现定量观察。

Our equipment instantly and rapidly depressurizes to -75 kPa to confine the hydrogen gas, so that the hydrogen gas remains firmly inside the test piece.

A specific gravity meter is also available as an option. By measuring with a specific gravity meter, errors are eliminated and quantitative observation is possible.
